What we build
Custom software
Business software built around how your team already works. Internal tools, job card systems, small ERPs and SaaS products, written around your own process. Built to a signed specification, and you pay after you accept the work.

The situation
The spreadsheet has become the system
Most firms we talk to run on a mix of Excel files, WhatsApp groups and a Tally ledger that nobody else is allowed to touch. It works until two people edit the same sheet, a job card goes missing, or the owner wants to know which orders are late and has to ring three people to find out. Packaged software rarely fits the way a small manufacturer or service firm actually runs, and a full ERP licence can cost more than the problem. A custom system can be small: the screens your people use every day, the reports the owner reads, and nothing else.
What we build
Custom software, in practice.
Internal tools and dashboards
Order trackers, approval screens, stock views and the daily report the owner asks for each morning, together in one place.
Job card and workflow systems
Jobs that move from enquiry to quote to shop floor to dispatch, with each step recorded, timed and visible to the right people.
Small ERPs for MSMEs
Purchase, inventory, production, sales and GST invoicing joined up, sized to what the business needs this year.
SaaS products
Multi tenant products with sign up, roles, billing and an admin panel, for founders who want to sell software to others.
APIs and backends
Clean APIs that your web app, mobile app and partners can all use, with documentation your next developer can follow.
Database design and data cleanup
A schema that matches how your business works, with the old spreadsheet data moved across, checked and deduplicated.
Typical sizes
Roughly how many hours.
Planning sizes only. The real number comes from a signed scope after the first conversation.
150HOURS
A single focused tool
One workflow, a handful of screens and a few reports, such as a job card tracker. At INR 199 an hour that is roughly INR 29,850 before tax.
200TO450HOURS
A connected system for one department
Several linked workflows with roles, approvals and exports to Tally or Excel. Roughly INR 39,800 to INR 89,550 before tax.
600TO1,200HOURS
A small ERP or SaaS product
Most MSME ERPs land in this range, roughly INR 1.2 to 2.4 lakh before tax at INR 199 an hour.
An example
Illustrative: a Rajkot engineering firm replaces its Excel job cards
Picture a precision engineering firm in Rajkot that tracks every job in a shared Excel file. The specification covers four things: creating a job card from a customer order, assigning machines and operators, recording each stage on a tablet on the shop floor, and a daily list of late jobs for the owner. Invoices still go out from Tally, so the system exports finished jobs in a format Tally can import. Each part is built and reviewed in turn, and the firm tests the whole system against the specification before it pays.

Questions
About custom software.
Can you start with a small part of the system and add the rest later?
Yes, and it is usually the better plan. Start with the workflow that hurts most, accept it, use it for a while, then specify the next part. Each stage has its own specification and its own acceptance.
Will it work with Tally?
In most cases, yes. Common options are exporting vouchers in a format Tally imports, or a direct connection where your Tally setup allows it. Which route fits is decided during scoping and written into the specification.
Who owns the code?
Ownership of the code, and the point at which it passes to you, is stated in your agreement before you sign.
