What we build

Web applications

Web apps, portals and sites that your customers and staff use daily. Customer portals, dealer portals, booking systems, admin panels and the website in front of them. Each is built in reviewed increments and paid for after you accept it.

The situation

A website that cannot do the work

Many businesses have a brochure website and a separate set of manual steps behind it. A customer fills in a form, someone copies it into a sheet, someone else emails a quote, and the customer phones to ask where things are. Founders face the reverse problem: a product idea that needs a working web app, not a mock up, and a budget that will not stretch to a large agency quote. Either way the useful part is the application: logins, records, status and the actions people take, with a site in front that loads quickly on a phone.

What we build

Web applications, in practice.

  1. Customer and dealer portals

Logins where customers or dealers place orders, see status, download invoices and raise requests without calling your office.

  2. MVPs for founders

The smallest version of your product that real users can sign up to and use, so you can learn from them before spending more.

  3. Booking and scheduling apps

Appointments, slots, reminders and cancellations, with an admin view for the people who manage the calendar.

  4. Admin panels

The screens your team uses to manage users, content, orders and settings, with roles so each person sees what they need.

  5. Progressive web apps

Web apps that install on a phone home screen and handle a weak connection, useful when a full mobile app is more than you need.

  6. Websites and landing pages

Fast, accessible pages with sensible metadata for search, built on the same stack as the app so there is one codebase to look after.

Typical sizes

Roughly how many hours.

Planning sizes only. The real number comes from a signed scope after the first conversation.

  1. 150HOURS

A website or a single purpose app

A content site with a few forms, or one tool such as a booking page with an admin view. Roughly INR 29,850 before tax at INR 199 an hour.

  2. 150TO350HOURS

    A founder's MVP or a customer portal

Sign up, roles, the core workflow, notifications and an admin panel. Roughly INR 29,850 to INR 69,650 before tax.

  3. 400TO900HOURS

    A larger multi role platform

Several user types, payments, reporting and integrations with other systems. Roughly INR 79,600 to INR 1,79,100 before tax.

An example

Illustrative: a Pune founder's first working product

Take a founder in Pune with a tested idea for a service that matches small housing societies with vetted maintenance contractors. The first specification is deliberately narrow: societies post a job, contractors quote, the society accepts one quote, and both sides see the job status. Payments through Razorpay and a ratings feature are left for a second stage. The founder reviews each increment as it is built and tests the whole flow against the specification before paying.

Technology we often use

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Vue
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Razorpay
  • Vercel
  • AWS

Chosen to fit the project and your team, and written into the specification.

Questions

About web applications.

We already have designs. Can you build from them?

Yes. Share the designs early so the specification can refer to them screen by screen. If something in the designs is hard to build as drawn, you hear about it before the specification is signed.

Can you take over a half built web app?

Often, yes. The first step is a review of the existing code so the specification is accurate about what will be kept, fixed or rewritten. That review is part of scoping.

Who pays for hosting and domains?

Hosting, domains and any paid services are agreed in writing before work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Start with a conversation

Tell us what you want built. We will tell you plainly whether it fits.

The first conversation is free. You get a rough size in hours, the tier that suits the work, and what a first 150 hour block would cover.
